EngageMe Events offers a wide array of  packages designed to fit your needs.  In addition to the packages below we are happy to create a Wedding Package that is uniquely yours.  Contact us for more information. 

• Day Of Coordination

This package works for the couple that has planned the major aspects of their wedding with most, if not all, vendors in place and many of the details worked out.  The EngageMe Events team will begin working with the couple two to three months prior to the special day to understand the couples’ vision and to bring all the details together.  Our planners work with your vendors and venue organizers to ensure a smoothly run rehearsal and wedding day.  We develop & manage a professional Wedding Day Timeline, which serves as a roadmap of the special day and share it with the wedding party and all wedding vendors.  We also plan for the unexpected providing unlimited access to a fully stocked Emergency Kit for the bridal party.  Our goal is take the last minute stress off your shoulders while keeping your vision with you. 

• Partial Planning

This unique package is for the couple that enjoys the wedding planning process but looks for professional guidance along the way.  The EngageMe Events team can assist with vendor selections, design and roadblock resolution.  We are available to answer etiquette questions, attend vendor meetings and everything between.  As always, our goal is to relieve the couple of wedding planning stress while offering exceptional execution of each detail along the way.

• Full Planning

This package is for the couple that wants assistance throughout the wedding planning process. The couple will select professional wedding vendors from the EngageMe Events’ preferred list.  Our team will set up all vendor meetings and help find the perfect venue while managing the wedding design and budget.  We take on the many hours of planning to allow the couple time to focus on the fun stuff  during the engagement season.
